Globalisation - Genz want to see the world, travel and make a difference.  They will make up a large proportion of the workforce and they won't want to do it the traditional way.

Talent Acquisition - changing views on careers will mean huge changes within talent acquisition and recruitment.  

As skill shortages grow, competition will be high. What you can offer in terms of work-life balance will become even more important.
