Tech Newsletter design for website (370 x 300 px)

Atom, one of the UKs first digital challenger banks, has just introduced a four day week after a review established that customer service and productivity would be unaffected... and all without any reduction in salary!

They aren't the only ones - Iceland has experienced huge success with their four day week - more than 85% of their workforce have either moved to shorter hours for the same pay, or have the right to.

Whilst there is no doubt that implementation of such a plan comes with its complexities, it will be interesting to see how these changes impact 'deep work' and whether it blurrs (or indeed clarifies) the lines between work and leisure time.

And as for productivity, we think there'll be less of an impact that many think, especially given most of us only manage around 3 hours of focus per day!
