2021 has been another turbulent year, but it has been incredibly exciting for those in ecommerce and digital.
We've not only seen the continued digital transformation of bricks & mortar stores, but we've also seen online businesses head for the high street.
Digitally native brands such as Casper, Harry's, Allbirds (and the like), clearly haven't felt restricted to online 'only' and have fully leveraged omnichannel approaches to further establish their presence.
There's no doubt that 2022 is going to be another interesting year, so watch this space!
But for now, sit back and enjoy our latest ecommerce & digital newsletter!
