As we start 2022 we want to take a moment to thank our clients and candidates (and indeed the whole team at Beringer Tame) for helping us achieve incredible things in 2021.
In 2020 Beringer Tame, much like many other recruiters, looked into the abyss as Covid-19 hit and hiring stopped. However, we've always been a positive bunch and felt that this would not be our time to fall.
During the toughest of times Patrick, our CEO, created Patrick's-list - a (free) curated list of out-of-work digital and ecommerce talent. His objective was to get as many people back into work as quickly as possible, and it was a huge success, even gaining him a place as a finalist at 'The Ex-Forces in Business Awards' last year.
2020 saw things pick up, and in 2021 Beringer Tame grew and achieved things we didn't think were possible. The team hunkered down and focussed on sourcing only the very best talent for our clients, and we are incredibly proud to have been instrumental in placing great hires into wonderful businesses.
Over the past few years we've continued our worked with existing clients on new roles; we've built whole digital teams and we've developed wonderful relationships with new organisations and candidates.
None of this would have been possible without the fantastic clients and candidates who put their trust in us every day.
