Performance Marketing Manager (Remote)

Our b2b client are at the forefront of connecting Digital Marketing and Ecommerce professionals with Digital and Ecommerce insights. From job applications to board level conversations, chances are, if people want to know what's happening in multichannel and online retail, they'll most likely have checked content from a report, webinar, event or podcast published online by our client.

As Performance Marketing Manager, you'll role will be to help ecommerce professionals connect with more insights, more often and guide those who haven't connected at all to find out what they're missing.

key responsibilities

Content marketing: Devise the annual plan for publishing products (webinars, research papers, podcasts)
CRM: Write and optimise the email marketing campaigns to leverage content downloads, event registration, etc
Paid Media: Deliver website traffic via paid marketing channels (particularly LinkedIn, Meta, PPC)
Performance: Increase the responsiveness and effectiveness of marketing channels (Email, CRM, PPC, SEO)
Growth: Increase relevant audience size and source new audience opportunities. Analyse and report on performance against objectives, share recommendations with internal teams to amend and improve the range of products, increase client satisfaction, retention and profitability
Team: Manage and motivate direct report/s
