Performance Marketing Director

As Performance Marketing Director, you'll be joining one of the most successful retailers in the UK, heading up a truly top drawer digital team. With £multi-million budgets at your fingertips, your key focus will be best-practice Digital Marketing, primarily Paid Search and CRM, for a brand that’s wholly focussed on their customer.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own performance and customer KPIs (traffic, spend, ROI) across all Paid Marketing channels plus SEO, CRM, affiliates.
  • Align with the wider marketing and trading strategy to create data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Drive engagement from the extensive customer base, increasing loyalty and shopping frequency through CRM personalisation
  • Measure in-house and agency spend vs budget to ensure critical KPIs are continually met
  • Explore digital initiatives (available digital technology, best practice, competitor activity) and implement where relevant
