Are you an experienced international ecommerce lead? Able to identify and expand into new territories for a hugely successful home-grown fashion retailer? We are working with a fast-paced multichannel retailer looking to appoint thier first Head of International Ecommerce as they embark on an extensive global growth programme, growing existing markets and launching new areas.
What will you be doing?
- Setting out a plan to develop and deliver International ecommerce growth
- Defining yearly budgets and plans to deliver the sales growth forecasts
- Identifying new markets and working closely with the marketing team to test key initiatives to ensure local market success
- Driving the overall International ecommerce trading agenda across all areas of the business
- Overseeing day to day International operations including site management, conversion rate optimisation, testing, on site analytics
- Enlisting the support of the Digital Manager to improve structure and performance of International sites
- Continually improving customer offer and proposition working with key international partners, customer experience and supply chain
It's fair to say up until this point our client have merely dabbled in International - all the numbers point to a massive opportunity to grow and fluorish on an international scale but that will only happen when the right (dedicated!) International Ecommerce lead applies their experience and smart-thinking to what is undoubtedly a pivotal role.
