Head of Ecommerce (London/Scotland)

SEO and CRO is key with this particular role as our client pivots from a more traditional marketing team to a strong digital focus, which is appropriate given they are an ecommerce business. They already have a good digital team, which you'll be managing - Acquisition, UX, Retention, Design plus an Ecommerce manager. What they need now is a skilled communciator who can engage leadership around the business, champion ecommerce and focus on developing the onsite experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving ecommerce sales performance
  • Identifying and analysing barriers to conversion and implementing effective initiatives
  • Ability to understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to increase site performance, growing not just sales but increasing profit
  • Work alongside product, design, creative and marketing teams to ensure the site is in line with the customers perception
  • Budget management
  • Team management

The team is based in London and Scotland, so location can be flexible
