With ecommerce racing away, our retail client are keen to ensure their multi-channel and ecommerce team have the people and resources they need to grow. As Head of Digital Marketing you will have a highly-visible and strategically significant impact on the business. We are looking for a rounded Digital Marketing lead with strong experience built inside a multi-channel retailer. Focused on driving website traffic, you'll be managing Digital Marketing agencies and adopting a joined-up approach with the Retail Marketing team to champion new ranges, promotions, seasonality, peak trading and star performers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the digital marketing budget, allocating spend and measuring ROI
  • Oversee the Digital Marketing strategy in order to attract new, and retain existing, customers across digital marketing channels
  • Manage external digital marketing agency relationships (paid and organic search, affiliates, display)
  • Work seamlessly with key internal marketing teams (Email, Social, Retail)
  • Track and assess e-commerce performance (daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally, etc), reporting back to the wider business
