A true social media success story - our client, an online beauty brand, have fully focussed on Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram) but are keen to explore other digital channels to build their customer base. They also recognise the opportunities for a highly-developed customer journey so that when new customers flock to the website there will be little or no barrier to conversion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing plan to attract new customers and engagae exsting ones across all digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social,…)
  • Work with media, creative and other key stakeholders to deliver ROI
  • Explore and test emerging performance marketing techniques
  • Work with the content team to produce content which is relevant to its platform and audience.
  • Challenge the overall UX – creating disruptive yet engaging journeys
  • Champion A/B testing, MVT testing, personalisation and optimisation plans to improve user experience and boost conversion
  • Analyse web metrics and identify areas to improve AOV, LTV, ROI
  • Work with the wider team to devise a structured customer engagement programme delivering customer loyalty and retention
