As a beacon for global travellers, London fascinates and delights more than 30 million tourists every year which means the audience reach for our client, a major visitor attraction, is massive. This role is all about traffic and as Head of Digital you'll be in the driving seat for marketing across all digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, Paid Search, Affiliates, Paid Display, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing channels, Web Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimisation) to ultmiately boost conversion and sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a coherent and effective e-commerce marketing strategy across paid and earned media, to drive traffic and sales growth which complements and supports the overall marketing strategy
  • Enhance user experience and customer journeys across all digital platforms utilising CRM and CRO tools where appropriate.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports, tracking and anlaysing technical and commercial performance, identifying and acting on recommended changes.
  • Synchronise all digital marketing with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Champion flexibility, responding to quickly and effectively to competitor activity and digital trends
  • Own the CMS platform -  updates, translation, training, etc
