Would you like to be at the hub of Social and CRM strategy for a major entertainment brand? This is an incredible opportunity for a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop strong relationships with multiple marketing teams, driving acquisition and engagement for the overall headline brand as well as generating awareness of individual creative titles (merchandise, new releases, launches, franchises, etc) with a highly-developed web content, social media and CRM plan.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop the core website, define the digital roadmap and ensure full intergration across marketing comms
  • Define and develop the SEO strategy, measuring performance against organic growth KPIs
  • Ensure the social media channels are continuously populated with best in class content
  • Work closely with our media agency to create a coherent social media strategy
  • Nurture existing social media platforms and communities as well as quickly integrating new platforms
  • Develop a strong CRM programme:
    • Working closely with our agencies and our teams to rationalise UK data from global databases
    • Drive engagement in digital content and promote community growth
    • Create a segmentation process for more targeted communications that can be easily integrated into our wider marketing communications
  • Identify strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (influencers, vloggers, social media platforms, CRM partners)
  • Coordinate with the data team to design ad-hoc reports, review current marketing systems
  • Continuously improve knowledge base and share best practice

We are looking for someone who has good communication and influencing skills as well as solid digital marketing experience. Some agency side experience could be useful.
