Our client offers a premium service in the particularly popular petcare sector, we are excited to help them find a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager with the skills to generate leads (naturally!), accelerate subscription growth and build the loyal customer base.
key responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the Digital Marketing strategy, including Social Media (Paid & Organic), Email Marketing, SEO, PPC, Display
CRM Strategy Lead: Set the strategy for growing engagement, lead generation, satisfaction and revenue.
Customer Insight: Connect with and understand both human and canine customers, be curious to learn more about them; put in place initiatives to help the entire marketing team to get closer to them
Agency management: Maintain the agency relationships, set targets for performance and ensure they deliver on value and best practice
Monitoring Performance and KPIs: Measure and report on performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
