Would you like to lead global Digital Marketing for one of the UK’s latest Unicorns?  
A revolutionary business, our client is very much at the cutting edge of technology and now they need to cut deeper into their field - reaching end-users and decision-makers across the globe. Despite only launching their product a year ago, they have already received a £1bn valuation. They are the first to launch next generation technology into an existing global market which is starting to disrupt the existing order.  As the Digital Marketing Lead, your job will be to act entrepreneurially at scale - building brand awareness fast. As well as this, you will be relentlessly looking for leads for the sales team to exploit.  

This is a senior role and the skills we are looking for are hands-on as well as strategic Digital Marketing. As this is a B2B tech play with a relatively long sales cycle and high-ticket price, experience with B2B & lead gen will be very useful.

  • Knowledge: Immerse yourself in the market; understand the technology, the customer, paths to purchase, the wider landscape & competition. Have a very clear grasp of the brand's position within the market.
  • Strategy: Working in collaboration with the wider marketing & comms team, design a global strategy for how digital channels will support the scaling up globally in terms of brand awareness, thought leadership and sales.
  • Brand Awareness: Deliver a digital marketing plan that makes the brand synonymous with target audiences. Ensure presence and dominance online, building high levels of brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation: Deliver targeted digital lead generation campaigns, funnelling potential customers through a sophisticated acquisition process.
  • Content: Manage and optimise content on all owned platforms (website and social media) and own the email channel.
  • Creativity & Entrepreneurial Spirit: See and exploit opportunities, reacting to events, identifying marketing opportunities and driving the agenda.
  • Measure: Establish a culture of measuring performance across both digital lead generation and brand awareness, allowing budgets to be spent wisely and new ideas and campaigns to be tested and compared.
  • Integrate: Ensure digital marketing collaborates and integrates with other business functions, notably PR/marketing/comms, sales and product/tech teams.

Armed with ability, agility and drive, the Digital Marketing Lead will be building a team, shaping the future of a major challenger brand and disrupting global markets.
Please note Head Office based in the East of England region, remote working is on offer.
