Whether it's a hobby or your academic profile, if you have a passion for culture, particularly the Arts, then this is a dream role for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive who has the ability to delight digital audiences with engaging and well-written content.

Key responsibilities and skills:

  • Develop content plans and schedules across all eCRM channels, adhering to brand guidleines and company KPIs
  • Tailor copy to maintain relevancy by channel/audience (social, email, website, etc) 
  • Coordinate content production, including briefing internal teams
  • Upload content using email service provider and social platforms
  • Help identify and introduce new techniques and technology to drive revenue, grow customer insights, and engage customers
  • Create and implement a test and learn approach aligned with core objectives
  • Account management with relevant agencies and third party vendors
  • Create customer segments for relevant and targeted campaigns that are supported by relevant data
  • Monitor performance and report against KPIs
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics by communication channel
  • Share actionable insights from campaign performance with teams and wider business
