Patrick's Bio
Patrick started his career in recruitment after leaving the Army in 2003 and still claims that this was only because he was 'completely unqualified' to do anything else. It didn't take long to realise, however, that he had found his niche. "Recruitment combines my fascination with the commercial world and love of people."
As well as being the driving force behind Beringer Tame, Patrick is a dedicated Dad and takes any chance he can to have a bit of an adventure. Patrick is a Princes Trust Business Mentor, plays bass in a band, rides a motorbike (when it's sunny) and is a Director of the London Mozart Symphony Orchestra (honestly).

Chris' Bio
Chris spent the first 12 years of his career in the British Army, serving with both the Royal Green Jackets and Light Infantry and has toured the world getting himself into various scrapes and scuffles throughout the 90's and early 00's. He left the Army to get what he calls a 'proper job' and quickly settled into recruitment. Chris says he likes working with people in the online industry as they 'don't shoot at him too often'.
Chris is a committed family man and lives with his lovely wife and two young children. He plays golf, runs a bit and has a particular fondness of Watergate bay. Oh, and he speaks German too!

Charley's Bio
Charley studied graphic design at Bristol and after years mastering the fine art of Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator, decided to divert away from a design career at the last moment to join Beringer Tame and we're very glad she did. The design industry's loss was our gain. Charley started with us as a researcher and has been a very effective asset, handling some of our most challenging briefs. She is now a Consultant looking after (mainly) travel, FS and publishing clients. She still does a lot of our web and marketing stuff and so her design degree isn't entirely wasted!
When she's not busy headhunting, writing ad copy and scouting for candidates, Charley can be found at her yard with her horses, just like a Berkshire version of Calamity Jane.

Steph's Bio
Steph is the sensible and efficient one in the office (someone has to be). Before she joined Beringer Tame, Steph worked her way around the world eventually winding up in New York before running out of money. Fortunately for us, she had left enough to buy a ticket home (we did say she was efficient) and we found her living just a few miles away from the Beringer Tame HQ.
When she's not busy arranging interviews or doing clever things with Linkedin, Steph can be found playing Netball, eating chocolate or tidying her desk. Interestingly, she's doesn't like Doughnuts or Marmite.

Kirsty's Bio
Kirsty runs our contract & interim desk and is the first point of contact for all things contract.
Before joining Beringer Tame, the fabulous Kirsty had spent 5 years with a leading secretarial firm and had already established herself as something of a high flyer in the industry.
Kirsty has style, glamour and a wicked sense of humour. She also seems to have a never ending supply of fabulous clothes and definitely does her bit to keep High Street fashion retailers afloat. She is also a chocolate junky... but aren't we all?

Emily's Bio
Emily is a sort of Mary Poppins and Florence Nightingale all rolled into one. She is a lighthouse of organisation in a stormy sea of activity and effortlessly runs the BT back office and marketing with an unflappable calm and saint like patience.
After graduating with a degree in English, Emily travelled around Asia and did some temp jobs before finding her home with us. As well as looking after the team at BT, Emily (or Picalili Poppins to us) works with children with special needs, goes to fancy dress parties as Mini Mouse and eats lots of pic'n'mix.
Oh, and she adores animals, she even has a picture of her swimming with a dolphin on her desktop!

Lucy's Bio
Every office should have a dog, and Lucy is ours. Lucy has three main responsibilities; greeting visitors, cheering us up when we're feeling stressed and generally entertaining everyone. Being a Labrador, she's also quite good at making sure no food goes to waste and keeps the kitchen floor spotlessly clean!
Lucy can usually be found asleep under Charley or Patrick’s desk, she loves chasing pheasants, trips to the local pub and barking at the postman.
