So, what do we do exactly? We're a recruitment and headhunting company specialising in recruiting people for online marketing and e-commerce jobs.
In other words, we can help you to find and hire people for your business who manage commercial (money making!) websites. Our candidates generally oversee three functions; website management, marketing and project management/project development.
We also have a supplierside team focused on sourcing sales people for e-commerce technology vendors.
We constantly scout the market for talent and stay in touch with key people from across the online community. We have spent years tirelessly building a talent pool of fantastic people, which we are constantly adding to. This means we are able to help you hire the best people, quickly.
We draw most of our clientside talent from e-commerce brands, mainly from the retail and travel industry (though by no means limited to that). We work with people at various salary levels, from senior industry veterans working at board level with international multi-billion TO brands, right through to fresh faced online marketing or website content execs. The one thing they all have in common is their industry experience.
Our supplierside talent is drawn from high achieving sales and business development people from respected e-commerce technology vendors or digital agencies.

How much does it cost:
Our fee's are 25% percent of the salary you offer to our candidates. Recruitment services vary in price but remember that they also vary vastly in quality and our clients consider us to be very good value for money relative to the results we provide - look no further than our testimonials.
When considering spending money on recruitment fees, remember that your success is directly related to the quality of the people in your team and it is usually a false economy to try to scrimp with recruitment costs. For certain clients or assignments we are able to structure our fees in different ways. We engage at 15% (and occasionally pro-bono) for recognised charities. For certain assignments we can work on a fixed fee basis and occasionally provide our clients with one of our consultants as an 'in-house' resource on a day rate or combination day rate/reduced fee.
