We are a very well regarded and successful specialist headhunting and recruitment company, we are based in a barn conversion in a pretty village between Newbury, Basingstoke and Reading. The village is sleepy but we aren't, the majority of our clients are major brands, usually based in London so whilst we reap the benefits of living in rural Hampshire/Berkshire, we work in the cut and thrust of a London centric market.

Realistic annual income is between £40,000 and £60,000 but some people achieve well over this and it will increase with experience. Salary is divided between a high basic and a strong profit share/bonus which is paid every three months.
