Our client have the agility and tech focus of a fintech, but are in fact, a bank. They offer consumers all the same services and products of a traditional bank with one clear difference, they do it so much better.

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be leading a digital marketing team tasked with delivering ongoing, as well as targeted and creative, digital campaigns across all available channels (PPC, Paid Social & Display, Retargeting, CRM, SEO, content) for mobile, video, desktop and in-app to bring brand awareness and significantly new account sign ups. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Setting a high-performance customer acquisition strategy
  • Own the budget for acquisition
  • Analysing data to ensure commercial KPIs are on track
  • Championing digital strategy across the business
  • Adhere to financial marketing and promotions policies and regulations
  • Liaise with internal teams (CRM, Product, Analytics, Attribution,...)
