This is an interim role, based in the Midlands, which will see you working alongside the Digital Trading and Operations Directors. You will step in to head up the Digital Marketing dream team at one of the UK's best-loved home retailers. Your focus will be executing best practice digital marketing and CRM for a brand that’s genuinely focussed on their customer, with an appetite to innovate. Plus you'll have a first class team to lead. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Deliver a consistent customer-centric user experience across all channels.
  • Own performance and customer KPIs across all Paid Marketing channels, SEO, CRM and affiliates/partnerships. 
  • Create data-driven, category-specific marketing plans to maximise growth aligning with the wider marketing strategy. 
  • Drive engagement from existing customer base with a personalised CRM strategy. 
  • Balance agency and inhouse activity, assessing effectiveness of spend against performance. 
  • Stay one, two (or three!) steps ahead of the curve by adopting relevant digital inititatives based on emerging digital technology, best practice as well as competitor activity. 

As the Interim Digital Marketing Director you will have a key leadership position with a healthy spend to achieve great growth.
