Head of Performance Marketing

This role is a pivotal new position and an open invitation for a Performance Marketing specialist to join one of the world's best-loved consumer, multi-brand companies as they invest heavily in digital activity to ensure products are sold as effectively on screen as they are in store.

As the Head of Performance Marketing you will be focusing on the European playing field, you'll be:

  • Overseeing the implementation of the Search strategy for European markets, setting out the roadmap, incorporating training materials and plans for increasing campaign scale
  • Managing the regional relationships with media agencies and key digital advertising partners (Facebook, Google)
  • Steering the regional digital resources to deliver marketing objectives
  • Supporting US counterparts as they roll out the DMP solution across the global markets
  • Ideally a marketing graduate with 5 years+ digital media experience, either agency or clientside. Experience of DMP implementation, an advantage.
  • Overseeing the implementation of the Programmatic strategy for European markets

A clear communicator, influencer and strategist, you'll be adept at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, sharing your digital knowledge and nurturing a digital-centric environment, driving your team to deliver outstanding results.
