An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced start-up, at the most exciting stage of their journey so far. They are currently growing their marketplace at over 100% per annum and are seeking an energetic, data-driven Head of Performance Marketing with a real appetite for acquisition.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the paid media strategies (Paid Search, Paid Social (Facebook, Linkedin, Display) 
  • Managing a planned and documented testing plan, focused on measurement and analysis
  • Balancing cost-effective channel growth and performance improvements with brand and commercial guidelines
  • Forecasting and analysing channel performance, process and operations, identifying opportunities, constantly optimizing spend and ROI
  • Developing segmentation and personalisation strategies
  • Leading a high-performing digital marketing team

 Key skills:

  • Flexible and adaptable performance marketing specialist with demonstrable track record
  • Experience of working in a start-up environment, preferably B2B or B2B2C
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of digital marketing best practice and performance management of marketing channels
  • Great communicator, inspirational team manager

Currently expanding in the UK, with ambitious plans to extend into Europe in the very near future, it's surely an irresistible opportunity
