A unique, contemporary gift and homeware brand based in South West London, whose history spans over 20 years, is on the lookout for a Head of Ecommerce. Technically strong, you'll be able to work collaboratively with sales and marketing to drive conversion, AOV, acquisition and retention on multiple b2b and b2c websites in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Website Performance: Work with technology partners to ensure the appropriate technical infrastructure is in place 
  • Ecommerce Sales: Optimise and maximise b2c and b2b sales and orders - increase conversion and AOV through excellent UX, merchandising and content
  • Customer Growth: Acquire customers through digital performance marketing and deliver re-activation/growth through remarketing and CRM
  • Collaboration: Ensure ecommerce function supports the wider business, understand the commercial KPIs and ensure the ecommerce platform and strategy fully supports them
  • Leadership and Management: Manage, inspire and develop a first-class team and supplier base, manage and control a budget, work with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver a cohesive strategy.
