Our client, a prestigious European health, fitness and wellbeing brand, are keen to hear from tech-savvy digital marketing leaders to champion an innovative acquisition and retention strategy as well as identify and introduce digital customer experience initiatives which will deliver additional engagement and further boost revenue. 

In essence this role is focused on 3 key areas:

1. Digital Marketing (search, social, email, display, affiliates): Increasing website leads and conversions, traffic generation, acquisition.

2. Customer Experience strategy: Identifying the tech which will enhance the Customer Experience (apps, hardware, social platforms, wearables etc)

3. Implementation: Facilitating user engagement, ensure customers are fully utilising all digital services, increasing brand awareness (UGC, social media content strategy), building loyalty and relationships, promoting usage of the facilities and increasing demand for supplementary products and services to boost revenues

Key skills:

  • A proven track record of growing online sales in a large multi-channel organization 
  • Financial planning and budget management 
  • Ability to lead and motivate a growing team as well as manage external agencies 
  • Broad digital skillset (SEM, e-mail, re-targeting, affiliate programmes, SEO, CRM) 
  • An up-to-date understanding of ecommerce tools, tactics and best practice 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to internal and external stakeholders
