Head of Customer Marketing - based in West Mids

This is a digital MarComm role with a hybrid of brand marketing and CRM at its core with a direct influence on the strategy and tactics of customer engagement for a fast growth platform.  The business is a for-profit charity campaign management and affiliate platform keen to leverage its excellent cash-flow and impressive senior management team to maintain its rapid expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct CRM team
  • Devise and test strategy and tactics of customer activation, engagement and retention
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of conversion across platform customer journeys
  • Seamless integration with social media channels
  • Maximise effectiveness of content strategy

Key skills and experience:

  • Deep expertise of CRM systems, teams and processes
  • Familiarity with marketing clouds
  • Highly analytical with a track record of steering actionable insight from data teams
  • A demonstrable ability for creative thinking around business and design challenges
  • MarComms
  • Experience working in small dynamic organisations at SME level
