A bit about the Brand:  

My client has a range of premium lifestyle products which they sell directly in their own boutique stores, their own ecommerce website and via higher-end third party retailers.  This isn’t a brand that has been created by a dull consumer insights team within a multi-national consumer goods corporation, it was born from passion, belief and hard work.  The brand means something and has roots and consumers LOVE it.

A bit about the job:

Working directly with the Founder/CEO and Marketing Director, you will directly influence (or control) everything from NPD, product naming, packaging and launch.  Campaigning, innovating, being creative, being commercial and doing what it takes to communicate the brand, getting the right message to the right customer via the right medium.. and adding a bit of inspired and innovative thinking along the way, doing it better than anyone else. 

Who we are looking for:

We are less interested in your CV and more interested in your ability.  We are really just looking for someone who can tell stories, even when all you have is a single image or a few words to work with.  

In terms of experience, you must be able to put a solid tick against each of the following:

  • Marketing
  • Brand Building
  • Campaigning

          &

  • Digital channels
  • Traditional channels
  • Social media

You will have experience across lots of marketing channels but because this is a digital first business, it’s key that you have a strong affinity for digital marketing.  If you have all 6 of these (and you are capable of innovative thinking!) then we’d love to hear from you.
