A design-led lifestyle hospitality brand with ambitious growth plans is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join their London-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a customer-centric focus to continuously improve and optimise the website, enriching the User Experience through design as well as improving conversion.
  • Ensure project delivery is aligned with business priorities and growth targets.
  • Devise and implement the Paid Search & Social strategy to exceed ROI and CPA targets. Establish programmatic advertising activity through display, search, paid social and remarketing. 
  • Create and deliver targeted, relevant and timely email marketing activity. Develop current email marketing efforts to improve customer experience and nurture loyalty.
  • Explore and test wider communications channels beyond email (App notifications, SMS, etc)
  • Monitor, analyse and interpret online performance against the agreed KPIs, particularly conversion performance and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to plan direct promotional activity, integrate marketing campaigns and content online; adhere to visual and tone of voice guidelines across all digital communications touchpoints.
  • Regularly report digital performance to the wider business and recommend action where required.
  • Identify and establish suitable online partnerships and collaborations.

Delivering major changes to the accommodation landscape, the foundations have already been laid, the opportunity here is in reaching the next level in the fastest growing sector in hospitality. Straightforward yet ambitious.
