Ecommerce Excellence in FMCG - Joining up brand marketing activity with retailers and ensuring products are sold as effectively on screen as they are in store.

This is an influential hybrid digital/e-commerce role in one of the world's best loved consumer brands companies.  Like all FMCG brands and manufacturers, consumer sales are accelerating away from from physical stores to ecommerce which means there are some fantastic career opportunities for a talented ecommerce leader to drive the agenda.

You will provide strategic ecommerce oversight in the UK, helping various brand teams really tap and exploit commerce sales opportunities and improve their relationship with ecommerce retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to join the fun but professional UK Digital team at a leading international FMCG brand, as the Associate Digital Manager E-Commerce representing and managing the brand's e-commerce activity with key retail partners working together with brand managers, sales team and relevant agencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing online activity which suppports both brand and commercial objectives whilst aligning with major retail partners' strategies.
  • Championing digital internally and ensuring UK sales plans focus on digital.
  • Analysing results, to determine and measure engagement, conversion and ROI.
  • Key to this role is the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Managing a direct report 

You may be working inside a retail business and wanting to cross the floor to work brand side OR you may be working for a brand owner already.  What you will have is very clear understanding of how brands can work better with e-commerce retailers.
