Digital Product Owner (Mobile)

This role is with a global FTSE 250 who are building a £1Bn digital business currently taking £2.7m/day, shipping 44,000 parcels a day and are at the cutting edge of eCommerce.

You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for mobile as a 'buy' tool to drive online conversion. 

- You will deliver a step-change in mobile capablility. In the short term, optimising the customer experience on the purchase journey. In the long term it is about building a 'signed-in' customer ecosystem. 

- You will be accountable for all mobile performance, NES/CSAT & NPS

- You will influence functions outside digitial operations such as sales & customer service, as well delivering value from dedicated Agile teams. 

- As single point of contact for mbile you will tie together data streams and drive prioritisation as well as business cases for product development investment.
