Having bucked the high street trend over the past decade, this innovative gifting "go-to" is already a phenomenal retail success. Now they are turning their attention to the huge digital potential; this is a brand new role with low-hanging fruit so ripe, as the company's first Digital Marketing Manager, even the lightest of targetted touches (PPC, Display, Social, CRM, Affiliates) will reap huge rewards. 

Your primary role will be to drive ecommerce sales, acquiring and retaining customers with digital marketing and CRM. However, you will also have the opportunity to make a significant impact to the overall business. You will have the chance to drive brand awareness and footfall to the high street through Click & Collect and also make use of the retail network to bring customers online. Whilst your job title may be ‘Digital’ Marketing Manager, you will also be encouraged to step outside of the tracks from time to time and take a broader strategic view, finding and exploring marketing opportunities where they exist.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own PPC channels, driving relevant traffic to the website, setting and delivering against ROI targets
  • Manage SEO and PR agency relationships
  • Management of paid advertising through display networks, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc
  • Leverage Social Media to boost awareness and engagement
  • Develop partnerships with relevant organizations (direct mail, competitions, etc)
  • Manage key affiliate relationships, improving engagement to deliver transformational change
  • Develop CRM strategy (marketing calendar, audience segmentation, BAU, seasonal campaigns)
  • Ensure that all communication adheres to brand guidelines
  • Co-ordinate with the merchandising team to ensure a connected message across all channels in both price and promotions
