Digital Marketing Manager

My client have 3 main goals; Help more than a billion people improve their wealth and wellbeing, Halve the environmental footprint of their products and finally, Source 100% of their agricultural raw materials sustainably and enhance the livelihoods of people across their value chain. To give you some perspective, they are a Global FMCG with more than 400 brands.

They are now looking for a pioneering Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and be responsible for building new models for how to reach, connect, engage and build consumer relationships in an online retail environment. This person will be the go-to for all things digital and considered a guru when it comes to innovation and insight.

Key responsibilities:

  • Pioneer new insight and partnerships through my clients digital capability focusing on Search, Digital Measurement and Performance Tracking, Behavioural Web Psychology & User Experience.
  • Build and develop strategic relationships with key external partners e.g. Facebook.
  • Facilitate end to end onsite & offsite Events
  • Collaborate to develop channel drivers for the UK/I, define and build competitive and sustainable brand and channel plans to win in new customers.
  • Create digital campaigns to build brands on mobile
  • Leading the integration of Ecommerce with the Category & Brand teams
  • Sharing with my clients external partners to build joint growth
  • Lead the Digital Measurement & Performance Marketing team – ensuring my client optimise investment in real time.
  • Raise the roof on best practise & ways of working across the Ecommerce team.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate...

  • 4 years minimum of high performance end to end marketing experience.
  • Digital marketing experience – proven track record.
  • Ability to influence & have impact
