My client are a luxury retailer, who are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join their team.  

Having only established themselves in 2013, my client have managed to establish themselves as a serious player in the luxury game. They have ambitious goals this year to reach £10m turnover, most of which they see as being generated online via their 4 international stores; UK, US, China and Japan. 

My client are now looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager to join their small digital team and be a part of their journey. The role will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising the multi-channel digital marketing strategies through, but not limited to, affiliate marketing, paid and organic search across all of my clients websites.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Affiliate: Drive an increase in sales through the affiliate channel through a focus on managing affiliate partnerships with existing publishers and finding and developing new relationships. 
  • SEO: Increase organic search visibility (Google, Bing/Yahoo, Baidu and others) following SEO best practices, through keyword research, updating site content, and technical SEO.   
  • Keep up to date with industry and algorithm updates and be proactive in making site updates accordingly. 
  • Paid: Managing PPC, Google Shopping and remarketing campaigns, ensuring sales are delivered within target CPAs.   
  • Reporting: Compile reports with key learnings and a summary of recommendations. Weekly reporting per area and monthly reporting of digital marketing activity high level overview. 
  • Merchandising & Site QA: Manage all new product setup including gathering of product details, images and copy. Confirm accuracy of prices, weight claims, names, descriptions etc. 
  • Actively merchandise all sites to provide the best possible UX.


  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 2-years online/ecommerce experience preferably in the fashion or beauty sector 
  • Demonstrable SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing experience 
  • Experience using SEO tools 
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Adwords Certification 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce reports 
  • Experience creating/updating product datafeeds 
  • Positive, committed attitude, willing to adapt and evolve 
  • Strong interest in the luxury fashion industry
