Are you a sharp digital marketing specialist with excellent e-commerce skills? We are working with a stylish pureplay retailer, who is creating award-winning innovative products in the world of men's luxury grooming. Keen to shape their strategic road map for digital marketing and e-commerce sales, they are looking for a lateral-thinker with hands-on experience to take charge of brand awareness, conversions and maximising sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day marketing activity and budget in order to drive new and retain existing customers across performance digital marketing channels within agreed costs – including PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display/Retargeting, Paid Social and Email
  • Be the customer champion, defining the customer segments and customer journey
  • Experimenting with and delivering new digital techniques, provide leadership and innovation
  • Harness the power of brand advocates, social media and UGC in order to build sales
  • Use analytics, judgement and MVT to optimise the website in order to maximise conversion and provide customers with a great experience: Merchandising the products and range - Developing the overall UX and site architecture - Telling the brand story
  • Use all digital communications opportunities to showcase the brand and products to relevant target groups including PR, Bloggersphere, Social Media, Pinterest, Partnerships
