We're looking for an insightful and inquisitive Digital Analyst to join an expanding online retailer with an impressive catalogue of fun educational focussed products. An Excel whizz with an affinity for data and an aptitude for identifying opportunities and implementing improvements.

Tasked with turning more visitors into customers (and ultimately making more kids' lives more fun), you'll be comfortable analysing large volumes of retail data from online and offline sources. You'll also take pride in translating numbers, patterns and anomalies into actionable marketing strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning, maintaining and optimising the web analytics tools
  • Analysing online and offline data sources
  • Understanding user behaviour and customer experience in order to deliver improvements to performance and conversion rate across all channels.
  • Creating automated reports for ecommerce and marketing teams as well as regular commercial summaries to share with the rest of the business.

Key Skills

  • An Excel expert; working with large volume but able to drill down to the smallest detail
  • Resourceful researcher; MVT optmisation, Hotjar
  • Advanced Google Analytics knowledge; including reporting, exporting and customising
  • Experience of Google Tag Manager essential
  • Creative but effective problem solver
  • A team player and great communicator - not only able to translate data to actionable insights but also skilled at explaining the proposals to the rest of the e-commerce and marketing team as well as non-analytical stakeholders.
