Campaign Analyst (CRM, Marketing Analyst)

A fast paced, luxury fashion retailer are looking for a Campaign Analyst to join their global CRM team. Reporting directly into the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for driving the efficiency of offline and digital personalised communications. This role will deliver and support CRM and data driven initiatives to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.


Key responsibilities include;


  • Responsible for all campaign results analysis.
  • Manage the timely dissemination of CRM reports across all regions.
  • Build and execute campaign and data selections using Blue Venn (Analyser, Campaigner, Reporter) to enable advanced personalisation and standard communications.
  • Assist with the roll out of personalisation and set up of automation initiatives through the use of data. Within the CRM tool, ESP and other relevant third parties.
  • Producing detailed conversion analytics from multiple sources of data.
  • Create bespoke data selections dependant on campaign objectives.
  • Work with global teams to offer training support and expertise by providing assistance to regional users to enable highly targeted data selections and self-sufficiency.


Experience Required


  • Proficient in campaign analysis with a track record as a campaign/marketing or reporting analyst – Essential
  • Must be an experienced end user of data and campaign management software (Smartfocus, Viper, Blue Group product suite) – Essential
  • Blue Venn experience – Essential
  • Experience of web optimisation and personalisation tools and set up.
  • Excel Advanced – Essential
  • Experienced at data manipulation – Essential
  • Previous experience of creating and designing reports – Essential
  • Experience of working with complex sets of data – Essential
